Joyce's Notetaking provides a variety of transcription and minute taking services to suit your needs:
EXAMINATION FOR DISCOVERY
A recorded and transcribed pre-trial process at which lawyers for each of the parties questions other parties, under oath, about the matters involved in the lawsuit. A discovery transcript is provided upon order.
SITTING + ATTENDANCE
If attendance at the legal or meeting proceedings is required, a sitting fee of $420 (half day) or $630 (full day) will apply. Note that attendance may be required for further rendering of services and previously recorded audio may not be of a suitable quality to ensure accuracy. Virtual attendance is available. Please use our online booking system to provide us with the details of attendance requirements.
MINUTE TAKING
Minutes are the written record of a meeting or hearing. They typically describe the events of the meeting, starting with a list of attendees, a statement of the issues considered by the participants, and related responses or decisions for the issues. A variety of comprehensive and condensed templates are available for the client to choose from.
COURT REPORTING
Verbatim transcription of spoken and recorded speech at court hearings and legal proceedings into a formal, written transcript.
